Manor Vail Lodge

Manor Vail Lodge provides warm and spacious accommodations, with ski-on ski-off mountain access and within walking distance from most of Vail’s reputable restaurants and shopping options.

One Bedroom Condo $395* per night – master bedroom with King/Queen Bed and Sofa Bed in living room

Two Bedroom Condo $760* per night – master bedroom with King/Queen – second bedroom two beds - Sofa Bed in living room

There are no 2-bedroom units that have two beds in both bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

*All rates include the 10% mandatory Manor Vail resort fee. ONEG is tax exempt in Colorado

All payment(s) are only by check to “ONEG”. The above rates are our ONEG group rate - they are only available if made by Steve Kaye. These rates are not available with a direct Manor Vail booking or third-party travel booking. The rates are only a slight increase from our 2023 rates, as we’re locked in as a valued repeat customer of the property.

Getting to ONEG

Flights

  • The Denver International Airport is a 2 hour drive from Vail, CO, offering convenient accessibility from just about anywhere in the country.

  • Vail has its own regional airport (EGE), which offers daily non-stops from a few locations.

  • We recommend booking your return travel on Thursday, January 16th following our closing banquet on Wednesday the 15th.

On the ground transportation

  • Group Shuttles from Airports: ONEG receives a slightly discounted rate with Epic Mountain Express from either Eagle/Vail or Denver airports. Link for the discount will be shared here as soon as it’s available

  • Renting a car: If you rent a car, parking rates are $40 per vehicle per night + tax.

  • Carpooling: Several ONEG members reside in the Denver area and may be able to provide carpooling options.

  • Once in Vail, groups travel mostly by free public shuttles and occasional taxis. A car is not needed on site at the conference.
